Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from any Public University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise, maintain and manage the sophisticated electro-mechanical equipment and develop systems.
∎ To supervise a team of service staff engaged in technical works, security, cleaning, electrical, sanitary & plumbing work, general repairing & maintenance of the building, its furnishing and fixtures etc.
∎ To see the management of the Building Co-operative society and carry out its directions.
∎ To liaison with the Corporate office to discharge all the day to day works.
∎ To maintain interpersonal relationship with the tenants/ owners in the building.
∎ To organize service level contracts/ agreements with the tenants/ service providers.
∎ To ensure payment to the service providers and to maintain records thereof.
∎ To report to the management on the day to day/ monthly affairs of the building.
∎ To do any other jobs related with the complex as per directions of the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ At least 5-7 years hands-on experience in the property facility management service.
∎ Good communication skill in English & Bangla.
∎ The candidate should be intelligent, smart and have passion for the job.
∎ Ability to work in pressure is desired.
∎ The candidate should be good in applied computer application particularly in M S Word, Excel, Internet operation etc.
∎ Professionals from real estate/ commercial building operators may apply with confidence.
