Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc/ B.Sc in Architecture from any Public University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Designing, Drafting, Operation & Maintenance, Planning, Project Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Interior and Architectural Design & Drawing.
∎ Preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals.
∎ Prepare design (interior, & landscape architecture) concept, plan, elevation, detailed & working drawing, and 3D visualization and prepare BOQ & specification as per design drawing.
∎ Preparing architecture plans, specifications, Rajuk/ Powroshova sheet prepare & others.
∎ Prepare all type working drawing.
∎ BOQ preparation (material estimation, cost estimation, price quotation).
∎ Sound knowledge in residential, commercial building and Keeping a record of project properly.
∎ Providing all kinds of plan, elevation, detailed drawing, working drawing, specification & 3D presentation.
∎ Responsible for managing primary inventory works, drafting the space plan for site management and supervision.
∎ Selection all materials.
∎ Prepare presentation/ technical proposal/ sample board to respective clients for approval.
∎ Detailing of any layout/ design for proper estimation as well as execution.
∎ Determine project function and conceptual costing as per management demand.
∎ Organize working team for site survey and give them directions.
∎ Monitoring drawing process based on field measurement.
∎ Distributing work among architects and CAD operators.
∎ Follow up costing process.
∎ Making guideline for presentation.
∎ Provide necessary support to ensure sample collection and delivery.
∎ Take sample approval from management, along with marketing team.
∎ Market analysis for proper product knowledge and provide new product/concepts.
∎ Follow up the project execution regular basis (visit work-sites to ensure that construction adheres to architectural plans).
∎ Independently work with in-house design team for on time design submission as required by department head.
∎ Negotiate and meeting with nominated consulting firms and collect design.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in MS Office.
∎ Should be able to operate structural design related application/ software.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Strong leadership skill and profound analytical ability.
∎ Willingness to work beyond general business hours under extreme pressure.
