Job Responsibilities:
∎ Team management, supervising and controlling all related works of Engineering & Accounts Department, mainly with regard to Real estate sector.
∎ Coordinate with clients & solve technical, legal issues (if any).
∎ Construction site supervision & coordination.
∎ To maintain time & workmanship to complete the project at schedule time.
∎ Report at regular intervals to the Authority.
∎ Review all financial records, systems and control process of the company.
∎ Ensure effective internal control and financial management in all areas of operation.
∎ Any other assignment as entrusted time to time by the Management.
