∎ Training/Trade Course: Project Management
∎ Skills Required: Construction Estimation, Design and Engineering

∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Design and Estimation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Consulting Firms, Engineering Firms
Job Context:
∎ This position has specific responsibly to building winning team and (achieve) annual corporate goal for his/her department set by the Managing Director.
∎ As head of his department represent the company to all stakeholders.
∎ Achieve department`s KPI
∎ Building team structure
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Managing Director.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop necessary work and quality control procedure to support vision and mission for his/her department of the company.
∎ Manage integrity, efficiency, quality, safety & security abide by company policy for his/her department.
∎ Arrange necessary facilities, train subordinates, optimize the utilization of resources of the department.
∎ Execute work by delegate to subordinate
∎ Substitute/assist subordinates only when overloaded as temporary measure.
∎ Report to Managing Director the progress of work on routine and ad hoc basis. Decide on contingency activities to meet progress dateline.
∎ Any other activities to fulfill tasks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have minimum 5 years work experience as a manager in engineering consultancy firm.
Salary: Negotiable
