Job Context:
∎ Department: Inventory Management
∎ We are looking for Manager/Deputy Manager (Inventory Management) for ensuring effective Inventory management both Head office and project sites for smooth operation of construction works.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall supervision of material management, work program & progress etc.
∎ Ensure implementation of Management policies, procedures, Check lists etc.
∎ Safety, security & cleaning compliance according to company standard.
∎ Monthly material planning, ensuring quality, quantity & optimum utilization of material.
∎ Develop policy for wastage & cost control.
∎ Authorization & controlling of petty cash expenditure.
∎ Maintaining fixed asset management.
∎ Departmental manpower planning, recruitment, training, motivation, Improvement ETC.
∎ To oversee wastage of material, quality of material and quality of manpower employed at site in different work.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven, have good personality and possess leadership quality.
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability. Should have strong communication skill.
∎ Candidates with experience in real estate or any industry with strong sales focus are encouraged to apply.
