∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To find the suitable Land for joint venture.
∎ To visit prospective land initially with landowners or individually.
∎ To analysis Project feasibility to know suitability.
∎ To follow up the landowners and build up relationship as well.
∎ To arrange meeting with landowner.
∎ To prepare draft Deed of Agreement & Power of Agreement if required.
∎ To preparation of land & apartment-related deeds including property transfer, mortgage, power of attorney, sale deeds, lease agreements etc.
∎ To vet the legal aspect of all Documents.
∎ Ensure registration of Power of Attorney and Deed of Agreement, mutation works, and sales permission.
∎ Prepare each project Land file containing all land documents and ensure documentation in ERP software.
∎ Any other activities when as required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
