Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure daily operation and electro-mechanical maintenance work.
∎ Plan & Coordinate all MEP works (HVAC systems including AHUs, FCUs, chillers, cooling towers, heat recovery units, lifts, fire detection and protection, generator and substation) in daily operations.
∎ Float RFQ to potential vendors for offer collections, collect offers, carry out technical evaluation and prepare CS and recommendations for selecting the vendors.
∎ Ensure proper checking of contractor/vendor bills and follow up for timely payment.
∎ Support retail business Sailor Outlets with design concept for installation, testing and operation of electro-mechanical services.
∎ Prepare and plan to implement preventive and periodic maintenance schedule for all machineries. Ensure quality in maintenance works.
∎ Ensure any emergency maintenance and servicing of all MEP equipment. Improve efficiency and effectiveness of engineering services.
∎ Ensure proper financial analysis of any maintenance or servicing works.
∎ Be able to submit yearly operation and maintenance budget to department head.
∎ Ensure Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) and compliance issues in all maintenance works.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ The applicant must have at least 07 years’ experience in electro-mechanical maintenance, among which at least 04 years’ working experience in building maintenance.
∎ Must have knowledge on HVAC systems including AHUs, FCUs, chillers, cooling towers, heat recovery units, lifts, fire detection and protection, generator and substation maintenance works.
∎ Professional proficiency in Auto CAD (2D and 3D).
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure (pro-active attitude).
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) and presentation skills.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented mindset for assigned responsibilities
