Customer Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate customer queries from all channels including call centre, social media, e-mail and ensure resolution of issues.
∎ Manage all third party customer service contracts and ensure they are regularly meeting standards.
∎ Directly handle complex customer issues and coordinate resolution.
∎ Ensure customer service tickets are resolved in a timely manner.
∎ Develop customer satisfaction goals and deploy plans to implement targets.
∎ Plan for increase in resources to handle peak sales periods including designing onboarding and training modules.
∎ Responsible for creating and maintaining standardised communication on all channels.
∎ Responsible for regularly developing and updating the FAQ list and ensuring all third parties are informed regarding updates.
∎ Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer service activities and discussions.
∎ Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports on findings.
