∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering from public university or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

∎ Age at least 36 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sourcing new contactors according to the construction plan.
∎ Prepare construction work rate analysis, analysis of variance claims by contractor and closing the same.
∎ Generate contractor bill, verify bills, certify bills and check the physical bills visiting the sites.
∎ C.S preparing after negotiation with Contractors and take approval from management.
∎ Work Order drafting and take approval from Management.
∎ Resolve various issues of the contractor related to the bill.
∎ Site visits and problem solving for various billing & contracting issues.
∎ Collecting required documents from contractors & preserving Hard copy/Soft Copy of CS/Work orders.
∎ Monitoring the manpower of the projects & ensuring continuity of work by contacting with contractors.
∎ Keep Constant touch with the project managers/Site engrs and solve various issues regarding billing & contracting.
