Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering From BUET/CUET/KUET/RUET

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for manager for overseeing every stages of construction projects, ensuring that the work is completed to a high standard and meets all relevant regulations and specifications. He will ensuring that the project meets all relevant standards, is completed on time and within budget, and is safe and secure for all those who use it.
∎ Office - Segunbagicha, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checking compatibility architectural and infrastructure projects drawings as per client requirements.
∎ Prepare Structural designs of different projects & arrange vetting of the same if necessary.
∎ Prepare/Checking BOQ, Estimates for tender submission.
∎ Prepare/Provide Cost (actual & tender) estimation to define profit or loss.
∎ Submission of Budget before starting new project.
∎ Prepare Work completion schedule (Bar chart) of designated project.
∎ Monitor work progress of assigned project & provide weekly update to the management.
∎ Ensure submission of materials requisition on time (at least 05 days before the materials required to be at site) & crosscheck of materials requisition for specifications, quantity & quality as per BOQ.
∎ Liaison with purchase department for on time delivery of materials at site.
∎ Preparation of Comparative Statement for assigning vendors/Sub contractors.
∎ Coordinate with vendors/Sub Contractors for proper implementation of the project on time, their work progress, work standard etc.
∎ Crosscheck & certify vendors/Sub-contractors bill & claims (if any).
∎ Provide & put-up NTI/Variation of items to the client for approval.
∎ Coordination with clients/client's representative for any change/amends.
∎ Ensure the documentation of all project-related drawings, materials, bid amounts, schedules, work order, NOA, invoices/payment requests, permits, etc.
∎ Leading the Sub-ordinates to implement the projects with maximum profit, proper quality & on time hand over.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management.
