Real Estate, Developer, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Pursue standardization of work, improvement of tools and techniques, and streamlining to improve efficiencies in construction work progress.
∎ Develop and implement job-oriented project control procedures to promote best practices with construction schedule, progress tracking system, evaluate project performance.
∎ Planning and Programme schedule management of complex and inter-related projects and programs of work and implementation and continuous monitoring.
∎ Development and implementation of best practices of the work breakdown structures in conjunction with the GM Head of Construction for the project.
∎ Review overall project status with the Project Management team and recommend corrective action where necessary.
∎ Ensure that all cost, planning, and document control reports are prepared and issued in accordance with Project Coordination Procedures.
∎ Liaise with all other Departments at all meetings relevant to project operations and ensure time and cost plans are updated to reflect the latest information.
