∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): construction, Tender bidding, Tender Preparation, Tendering

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Must have knowledge in E-GP Tendering.
∎ • Capable to make costing of all type construction works & project summary.
∎ • Able to supervise all project work under pressure.
∎ • Also having briefly understanding the tender procedure of EOI/RFP/LTM/OTM/DPM/DPP for both manual and tender's (E-Gp) System.
∎ • Co-ordinate monitoring and follow up of all Tender work activities both manual and e-tender's (E-Gp) system.
∎ • Fully known to the procurement Act & Procumbent rules.
∎ • Searching for new tenders in market, short listing and brief synopsis preparation.
∎ • To prepare technical documentation for Pre-Qualification, Tender & Enlistment work.
∎ • To Prepare Estimate and Costing as per BOQs of tender for Bid submission.
∎ • Setup Negotiation to obtain best prices for tendering.
∎ • Participating in pre-bid discussions, Post bid and technical and financial bid openings.
∎ • Follow-up with procuring Entity prior to get work orders.
∎ • Maintains relationships with Procuring Entity by providing support, information, and guidance.
∎ • Any Other Related Job Assigned by the Top Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Minimum 05 Years Practical Experience in Construction Work.

∎ • Good communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ • Computer knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, Auto Cad.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 35000 (Monthly)
