Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Real Estate
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep contact with Architect, Structural Engineer, Electrical Engineer and Plumbing Engineers.
∎ Look after total construction work of the projects.
∎ Resolve issues and take responsibilities of full construction procedure.
∎ Supervise contractors, labors, juniors and coordinate with the Govt. agencies.
∎ Write report on everyday work progress and submit in the office.
∎ Prepare construction plan and probable budget of the project.
∎ Prepare work schedule and materials requirement list of the project.
∎ Keep market information about the different construction materials of the project.
∎ Keep stock list of the purchased materials up to date.
∎ Take necessary actions to keep the project neat and clean all the time.
∎ Keep the project presentable to the clients in all situations.
∎ Keep record of all documents, i.e. purchased materials, contractor's bills etc.
∎ Other necessary work for the interest of the company according to the instruction of the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 33 years
∎ Minimum 7 years experience for B.Sc. Engineers (Civil) in Developer or Construction Company.
∎ Minimum 12 years experience for Diploma Engineers (Civil) in Developer or Construction Company.
∎ Candidates must be Smart, Dedicated, Good looking and Hard working.
∎ Candidates must be career oriented as well as able to speak nicely in all situations.
∎ Must have experience in constructing new building from starting to the finishing.
∎ Must have good knowledge about Pilling work, Basement work, Base casting and full structural work.
∎ Must have good knowledge about finishing work, work materials and materials quality.
∎ Must have knowledge about modern construction techniques like fair face and others.
∎ Preference will be given to the experienced persons and persons living in Uttara Area.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
