Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Manager (Commercial-Export)
∎ Job Location Sha-Mokdum Rd, House # 04, Uttara-12, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be able to check the Export L/C.
∎ Prepare all kind of export documents as per LC terms & conditions and buyer's guideline.
∎ Co-ordinate with logistic as well as CNF to ensure smooth delivery.
∎ Keep record and prepare all types of statement relating to export and any other if necessary.
∎ Correspond with buyer, C&F, Transport and shipping line independently.
∎ Booking placement and uploading shipment docs in online system for forwarder and buyer.
∎ Regular communication with bank regarding export documents.
∎ Prepare closing report per export document on payment realization/cost sheet.
∎ Export documents presentation to the negotiating Bank timely & collect maturity in the stipulated time frame.
∎ Co-ordinate with marketing department and Accounts & Finance department regularly for shipment schedule and fund management activities regularly.
∎ Co-ordinate with all section of commercial department (Export, Import, Custom, Bank, Audit, Incentive, BGMEA, BTMA).

Additional Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s) practical experience in the same industry specially in Export Department.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Commercial, Export/ Import through L/C.
∎ Applicant should have major experience of online system of order booking, EXP issue, GSP & others online related commercial work.
∎ Capable of export related all commercial work of Textile Industry.
∎ Must have knowledge about the import & export rules.
∎ Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills (both English & Bangla) are required.
∎ Good command on MS-Office, MS-Excel applications.
