∎ We are looking for fill up the position of Manager, commercial who are willing to work in a challenging work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ As the Head of Commercial Department, the ideal candidate should have adequate job expertise and leadership quality to lead the team members in an effective manner and achieve desired goal of the company.
∎ The candidate should be capable to work independently in an efficient way. He should monitor & guide all commercial and exclusively Import, Export, Export Documents, Customs, Bond, Licenses, C& F, Cash Incentive, Transportation etc.
∎ Monitoring & supervising overall activities of the commercial department.
∎ Ensure smooth operation of all export-import related jobs by providing necessary guidelines to the team members
∎ Ensure proper & timely LC opening as per the set policy of the company
∎ Ensure Preparation of export documents for Bank, C&F, TR, BIN, IRC, EQL, BIDA, EPB, BOND, BOI, Customs etc.
∎ Regularly monitoring & tracking various stages of all imports & Export as well as payment follow-up.
∎ Responsible for all Customs clearance of imported materials operation with LC process
∎ Follow up and maintain commercial reports related to Import and Export activities and submit those to management as per requirement.
∎ Candidates must have adequate knowledge about Foreign & Local Trade procedure
∎ Maintain proper liaison with concerned agencies, trade bodies, banks, Customs Authority, shipping line, C&F agents, transport agents, insurance companies, VAT department, production department etc.
∎ Knowledge about activities of customs bond, EPB Incentive, Back to back LC open, acceptance, costumes audit related issues. Export Documents onIine booking, Shipping Documents onIine Booking, Import Documents on line Booking, UP, UD etc
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good knowledge regarding the Bill of Lading and other shipping documents
∎ Must have good knowledge about Bond License, Customs, C&F, Shipping lines, Bank, Correspondence & other statutory authorities.
∎ Good knowledge of sight, deferent and Back to Back L/C, and various clauses of B/L
∎ Candidate should have vast knowledge & experience of L.C. documentation, Import & Export procedure, Banking part on commercial issue, Customs, VAT, C&F, Insurance, MOU, Contracts & Agreement, H.,S. Code etc.
∎ Candidate should have strong negotiation, bargaining & leadership skills.
∎ Must have adequate computer literacy.
∎ Should have proven leadership & coordination skills
∎ Excellent English & Bengali Communication Skills both written & oral form.
∎ Candidates working in garments accessories manufacturing organization will be an added advantage.
∎ Excellent computer skills (specially in MS Office, internet uses)
