Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ MBA with professional degree in Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage
∎ University of Dhaka students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Computer skill, Export/ Import through L/C, supply chain management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate procurement plan for both local and imported Raw Material on the basis of present stock and manufacturing demand to ensure optimum level of Raw material and present material stock.
∎ Ensure source development for new and existing materials/ingredients with a view to maintain best quality at the competitive price.
∎ Formulate procurement policies and review of the same to ensure the best opportunity for cost effectiveness of the organization.
∎ Finalize the purchase order and ensure timely delivery of goods of local and imported raw materials and all other scheduled items.
∎ Ensure Co-operation and Co-ordination with production, commercial, Accounts and concerned department regarding stock issue and availability of materials at the right time.
∎ Monitoring issuing material against approval requisition and ensure control through established internal control process.
∎ Provide all necessary assistance to the Management on Co-ordination and value contribution relevant to procurement in the line with industry requirements.
∎ Monitor submission for opening LC in due time, follow up and oversee the indenters and suppliers activities to ensure materials reach in time with approved specification.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 06-08 years of Procurement and supply chain experience in reputed local/multinational industry.
∎ Excellent written/ oral communication skills(both English and Bangle) with strong analytical, strategic thinking, organizational, interpersonal competencies with commendable negotiation skills.
∎ Sound knowledge in computer especially in MS office package is must.
∎ The incumbent should be self-driven to work under pressure and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
