Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/ MBA in any discipline (Pharmacist are preferred to apply)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the team to maintain optimum stock as per company policy and ensure stock availability as per demand.
∎ Lead S&OP meeting and coordinate with sales/marketing/production/finance to finalize demand planning/monthly operating plan/budget.
∎ Responsible for planning, sourcing, negotiating and procuring material as per demand plan and ensure material delivery at the right price.
∎ Full understating of terms and condition of LC and PO to open LC and issue PO.
∎ Co-ordinate with business and factory regularly to understand the requirement and priority.
∎ Shipment and documentation follow up with supplier and forwarder to ensure availability of material on time.
∎ Collect and endorse documents from Bank on time and forward to C&F agent to avoid any demurrage.
∎ Understanding product definition as per HS code, import policy, Government SRO, and other rules and regulation to import and to convince custom to avoid any hassle.
∎ Preparation, submission and follow up of block list, NOC, Drug and other regulatory approval.
∎ Initiatives to cost and spend savings by reducing RM PM Price and by means of alternative solutions. Maintaining sufficient supplier base to minimize supply chain risk.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 10-12 years’ experience in reputed company.
∎ Knowledge on SCM, ERP, VAT and IT.
