Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the clinical service operations of the hospital.
∎ Ensure the roster of Floor Medical Superintendent to ensure optimum patient care
∎ Assisting clinical audits and prepare preliminary report
∎ Assisting root Cause Analysis of incident report & coordinate implementing the corrective action plan
∎ Performing regular administrative duties of clinical service office

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in clinical service management/Admin
∎ Good computer skills in MS office
∎ Proficient in English
∎ Strategic thinker
∎ Effective team player
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills
