Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture/Civil Engineering from any reputed University/Institution.
∎ Bachelor of any discipline (In case of long experience in the related filed other requirements including educational qualification may be relaxed)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develops the sales strategy to achieve organizational sales revenue and Profit goals.
∎ Determine the client's goals and requirements for the project.
∎ Make sales plan as per given sales target focusing on corporate business segments such as Corporate houses, Banks, Government Institutions etc.
∎ Initiate and develop contact with potential clients and work with principles to secure new clients and projects.
∎ Having good relations with top management of various organizations to sell Interior projects.
∎ Must have strong sales skills with having interpersonal, communication & negotiation skill.
∎ Manage existing corporate clients & Generate new corporate clients through direct sales.
∎ To ensure excellent client service by keeping the company goodwill.
∎ Ensure product availability, supply and merchandising through regular visits to clients of different institutions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Interior/Exterior Design Firm, Architectural Firm, Civil Construction, Renovation, Interior Project, Real Estate.
∎ Skills Required: Client Service, Sales & Marketing
∎ You must have your own client.
∎ Raw materials calculation knowledge.
∎ Must have knowledge in MS Office.
Salary: Negotiable
