Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial/ Purchase, Export/ Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/ C&F, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) Companies, Freight forwarding, Group of Companies, Market Research Firms, Trading or Export/Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having capability of controlling and to supervise the activities of operation staff, monitoring payments of shipping line/Forwarders/ports, to deal customs & custom queries incase subordinate cannot resolve the issue.
∎ To ensure all regulatory requirements while remaining engage in engage in C&F business with port/customs/shipping line, etc...
∎ Must have negotiating capabilities and good relationship with Shipping Lines/ Freight Forwarders/Customs/Port officials, Transport Operators, etc...
∎ Report daily activities using personal judgment and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles of the businesses and process to DH/CA.
∎ Capabilities in preparing all documents related to Custom Clearance/any letter-guarantee letter for Shipping Lines/Freight Forwarders/Customs, etc...
∎ Ability to handle goods delivery from Chittagong port and making all arrangement for transportation of same to client's premises ,
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have to be energetic, confident and must possess excellent interpersonal skill,
∎ Should have good command over spoken and written English.
∎ Good command in Computer operating, especially MS word, Excel, Power point & Internet mail exchanges, etc..
Salary: Negotiable
