∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): BOQ Analysis, Civil Construction works, Civil Engineering, Computer skill, Microsoft Office Applications, Project Planning

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Detailed working knowledge of construction project management with planning, budgeting, organizing, monitoring, and controlling.
∎ Sound knowledge and capabilities of delivering structural design and BoQ of high-raised buildings for foundation, superstructure & finishing work.
∎ Capable of preparing tender proposals for delivering construction projects.
∎ Prepares plans and specifications for small remodeling, alteration, and construction projects and supervises minor construction or building alteration projects accordingly.
∎ Coordinates and assists in coordinating building maintenance activities with other departments, divisions, and sections keeps associated records, and prepares reports.
∎ Inspects buildings for safety hazards, maintenance needs, disability access requirements, etc., and develops objectives, policies, procedures, and work standards.
∎ Participates in the selection, training, motivation, and monitoring of employee performance objectives and evaluation of staff.

Salary: Negotiable
