∎ Graduate in Civil Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and ensure smooth implementation of the Friendship infrastructure activities.
∎ Coordinate with concern departments to conduct Digital Topographic and Geotechnical Investigation Survey for construction of Friendship infrastructures.
∎ Coordinate with the Sector, Architects/ Engineers in preparing design, drawing, estimates and select contractors for construction work.
∎ Ensure quality of the construction materials for construction of infrastructure activities.
∎ Provide guidance and technical support to the Infrastructure and Development component staff at field level for smooth implementation of Friendship Infrastructure activities.
∎ Ensure close supervision and monitoring for better implementation of the construction works.
∎ Work with finance, procurement and administration sector to ensure effective management of the approved budget with full compliance to donor regulations.
∎ Follow the Friendship procurement policy while preparing PR for purchasing of construction materials.
∎ Ensure all preparatory works for project implementation according to Sector's requirements.
∎ Coordinate with other sector/ components (Health, Education, CCADM, IC, Field Operations, SED, NODI Ltd. etc.) of Friendship for planning, designing as well as implementing the required infrastructures within the allotted budget and specified time frame.
∎ Conduct induction session for new staff joined in Friendship.
∎ Provide support to other sector / components (Health, Education, CCADM, Inclusive Citizenship, Field Operations, Nodi Ltd., SED etc.) in planning, designing, preparing BoQ and implementation of structural components.
∎ Review the work progress of all Infrastructure activities compare to Annual Strategy Action Plan (SAP) and highlight in MRP.
∎ Assist in preparation of Annual SAP with consultation with all Sectors and CSUs.
∎ Prepare all departmental reports of current, completed and future projects.
∎ Complete SAP reporting.
