Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering from any reputed University with at least 7 year(s) experience on chiller repair and maintenance.
∎ OR
∎ Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical / RAC/ Power/ Mechatronics Engineering from any reputed Public Institute with 10-15 year(s) experience on chiller repair and maintenance.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain, Inspect, Troubleshoot & Repair HVAC Chillers comprising Screw, Centrifugal, magnetic bearing compressors etc.
∎ Develop and implement Chiller plant technical support for both controls and mechanical parts.
∎ Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for water cooled and air cooled chiller plants.
∎ Perform and supervise the commissioning jobs to assure Smooth initiation of the Chilled water units.
∎ Perform maintenance and service repairs on pumps, variable frequency drives, soft starts and speed controls.
∎ Monitor and test water conditions in condensing water and chilled water systems using chemical treatment.
∎ Perform maintenance and service repairs water piping and perform air and hydronic balancing whenever necessary.
∎ Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

∎ Ability to work under pressure.
