Educational Requirements

The incumbent will responsible for Planning, controlling & monitoring over the Custom Sarker, Jetty Sarker's activities as well as office activities.
Having excellent knowledge and expertise in Customs Clearing & Forwarding, Port Clearance, freight forwarding, export and import processes, etc.
Customs rules and regulations of the Government of Bangladesh.
Rules & Regulation of Chittagong Port.
Leading, Monitoring, follow-up of day-to-day total Custom Brokerage activities (C&F).
Regular liaison and advise to Corporate office for all sorts of C&F activities.
Daily follow up by mobile and e-mail frequently and reporting to head of logistics.
Supervise, Monitor & follow up of the all official activities of Custom Sarker, Jetty Sarker.
Arrange weekly & monthly meeting with departmental staffs and attended monthly meeting with Sr. Level Management at Dhaka office.
Daily, monthly, quarterly & yearly report to Management.
Correspondence with Shipping Line/ Carrier, Forwarder/ Co-loader, Customs high officials.
Continue correspondence with Dhaka Corporate Office through phone and E-mail, regarding job purpose.
Other duties as assigned by Management.

Age 35 to 40 years

Candidates must have practical experience of releasing goods under L/C & IP Process from Ctg customs.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications is must.
Flexible working hours.
Assessable Value & Invoice value, Tax Holiday & Duty Drawback, INCOTERMS, Commercial, Banking, Customs and Shipping terms knowledge
Fluent in both Bengali & English. Applicants must be Smart, Energetic, and Dynamic, Must be capable to work under pressure.
