∎ Must have 5 years’ experience in handling cash incentive for a knit composite company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for cash incentive file preparation and submission.
∎ Arrange/ collect all the necessary documents related to cash incentives /In-house and Others Party.
∎ To maintain proper documentation for individual file.
∎ To Face AUDIT and fulfill all required documents as Bangladesh Bank rules and condition.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be able to work under pressure and for long time.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized & self-driven.
∎ Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications is a must.
∎ Honest and have strong work ethics with no ego/attitude problems.
∎ Self-motivated, proactive, hardworking, team player, efficient and capable in working under pressure.
∎ Have excellent written English Skills and fluent in speaking English.
∎ Proficient in MS Office especially Excel Spreadsheets.
∎ Proficient in Database application.
∎ Takes the initiative to immediately resolve and trouble shoot problems.
