Job Responsibilities:
∎ Compilation of monthly sales data for the company after coordinating with the distributor
∎ Daily Sales Flash report generation and sharing
∎ Prepare Mass sales data for closing sales as per set format 6 Monthly Sales & Inventory report for closing month
∎ Month sales projection
∎ Month provision for Incentive expense
∎ Month & YTD sales report send to all ZSM, RSM, & MPD persons
∎ Preparing Forecasting, finalized demand plan & RFC report for plant & corporate supply chain team
∎ To generate Doctor name modify request in ITSM which request come from RSMs
∎ Doctor list update for new joinees/resigned
∎ Incentive calculation based on annual incentive policy of sales staff, obtain approvals and share with sales admin department for final payout
∎ New customer wise HQ name arrangement
∎ Net reporting related follow up like DAR pending, MAP pending & require to communicate the team
∎ Sales loss calculation report
∎ Monthly update reports
∎ ZSM & MPD person wise Tour plan & actual activity collection & compilation
∎ Prepare ZSM wise Weekly projection & submission to Country Head after analysis
∎ Support Country Head and MPD with sales analysis data as and when required
∎ Qtr Review data for Country Head & ZSMs in end of every quarter
∎ Preparing revenue budget and customer database update with HQs alignment in end of year
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Excellent knowledge in computer operation
∎ Master in advanced MS Excel with very good formula based analytical skills
∎ Ability to provide key insight on sales performance to Country Head based on generated data
Salary: Negotiable
