Understanding of global market trends and cultural sensitivities.
Must be passionate about physical fitness & health conscious.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the gym with the coordination of the head trainer, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym facilities.
Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and arrange for repairs as needed.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Develop and implement membership retention strategies.
Develop and execute marketing plans to attract new members and promote gym services.
Track membership sales and meet sales targets.
Organize promotional events and community outreach activities if necessary.
Ensure programs are up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and techniques.
Evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures. Conduct regular safety inspections and staff training.
Maintain accurate records of memberships and staff performance.
Prepare and present regular reports to upper management.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in local markets
Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing members, corporate clients, and business partners
Build and manage partnerships with businesses, fitness organisations, and influencers to promote the gym’s services and brand
Work closely with marketing, operations, and regional teams to successfully execute sales strategies and brand initiatives
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to optimize sales efforts in local markets
Gather and analyse customer feedback to continuously improve membership offerings and services
Any other task assigned by the management.
