Responsibilities & Context:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the gym with the coordination of the head trainer, ensuring everything runs smoothly.   

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym facilities.

  • Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and arrange for repairs as needed.    

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.   

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.    

  • Develop and implement membership retention strategies.

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to attract new members and promote gym services.   

  • Track membership sales and meet sales targets.    

  • Organize promotional events and community outreach activities if necessary.

  • Ensure programs are up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and techniques.   

  • Evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.

  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures.     Conduct regular safety inspections and staff training.

  • Maintain accurate records of memberships and staff performance.

  • Prepare and present regular reports to upper management.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in local markets

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing members, corporate clients, and business partners

  • Build and manage partnerships with businesses, fitness organisations, and influencers to promote the gym’s services and brand

  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and regional teams to successfully execute sales strategies and brand initiatives

  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to optimize sales efforts in local markets

  • Gather and analyse customer feedback to continuously improve membership offerings and services

  • Any other task assigned by the management.
