Harness is looking for a creative, charismatic Female Brand Ambassador to join our growing team as a Facebook Manager & Live Presenter. This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position offering flexible hours, perfect for someone who loves fashion and thrives in front of the camera.

The Role

As the face and voice of our brand on Facebook, you will bridge the gap between our products and our community. You will be responsible for maintaining our digital presence and hosting engaging live shopping events that turn viewers into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities

Live Presenting: Host 2–4 scheduled Facebook Live sessions per week to showcase new arrivals, explain fabric features, and demonstrate styling tips.

Community Management: Manage our Facebook Page and Group. Respond to comments, answer product inquiries, and foster a positive community vibe.

Content Creation: Post daily updates (images, short-form videos/Reels, and polls) to keep the feed active and engaging.

Growth Strategy: Monitor basic Facebook insights to see what content performs best and suggest ideas for future "Live" themes.

Customer Interaction: Provide real-time assistance during live shows regarding sizing, fit, and shipping.

Requirements

On-Camera Confidence: You must be energetic, articulate, and comfortable speaking to a live audience.

Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Facebook Live tools, Meta Business Suite, and basic photo/video editing apps (like Canva or CapCut).

Fashion Instinct: A strong eye for style and the ability to describe garments in a way that feels relatable and aspirational.

Home Studio Setup: A clean, well-lit space to conduct live streams and a high-quality smartphone camera.

Reliability: Even with flexible hours, you must be consistent with scheduled live slots and daily page moderation.
