∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Electrical in Architecture, Master of Science (MSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
∎ Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
∎ Train and supervise employees of the maintenance department.
∎ Negotiate contracts with outside vendors for execution of maintenance work.
∎ Ensure operational efficiency of electrical equipment and mechanical systems through timely inspection and repair.
∎ Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality.
∎ Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
∎ Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
∎ Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
∎ Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
∎ Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
∎ Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently with minimal oversight.
∎ Traveling will be required to various company sites for this position.
∎ Professionally skilled in MS Excel, Word and other related office applications.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Can join immediately.
Salary: Tk. 22000 - 25000 (Monthly)
