Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop & ensure the procedures for recruitment & selection of employees as per HR planning.
∎ Ensure the completion of employees' yearly performance appraisal/objective settings effectively and timely through co-ordination.
∎ Frame, interpret, implement, and develop the HR manual, policies & strategies as per business needs and ensure that the changing policies are effectively communicated to all concerned.
∎ Ensure that all employees' personal files and profiles in the HRIS module are updated. Prepare & present various HR reports.
∎ To coordinate staff recruitment and selection process. Ensure compliance during worker recruitment. Maintain the recruitment SOP as per policy and guidance for both cases.
∎ Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, embellishment, taxes, and other deductions. Draw, develop & organize various incentives & reward schemes, welfare & recreational activities.
∎ Handle disciplinary matters as per BEPZA & Labor law, Grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation & worker engagement etc.
∎ Require to maintain Leave Management, performance appraisal, reduce absenteeism and enhance employee's peace of mind.
∎ Responsible for Administration, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, etc.
∎ Monitoring of HR & Administrative related policies, procedures and activities. Assist Group HR to prepare, develop and implement HR-related policy to align HR with the business as a strategic partner.
∎ Salary Administration & Employee Benefit: Leads Meeting: Co-ordinate the Team Leads Meeting of the company on regular basis & prepare its minutes
∎ Monitoring KPI, analyze individual performance, take necessary steps to rectify shortfall and improve efficiency.
∎ Ensure that the labor laws and services rules are followed properly and maintain liaison with lawyer/labor offices. Ensure all disciplinary actions for employee misconduct are executed as per rules. Ensure the promotion of employer-employee relations by maintaining regular interactions/consultation.
∎ Co-ordinate execution of employees' promotion transfer, termination & resignation. Ensure all employees Job Descriptions are updated. Counsel & communicate with employees management decisions as per company's rules.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the field of HR & Admin Operations at least 05 years.
∎ Applicants who have experience in following business area(s) will get preference: HR in Manufacturing (FMCG), Accessories/Garments or Group of Companies.
∎ Proficiency in MS-Office and good knowledge in HRM software
∎ Good inter-personal skills and Basic arithmetic skill.
∎ Outgoing, friendly, commanding, influencing, innovative, overall leadership capabilities required.
∎ Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in ENGLISH.
∎ Needs to have generic knowledge/understanding of Human Resource Management & Compliance.
