Job Context:
∎ A Renowned Shipping & Logistics Company is looking for the post of Manager/Assistant Manager - Equipment Control to lead and coach a winning, effective and sustainable Equipment Control and Operation Team as well the Company.
∎

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and Update Daily Container movement in local software and Principal Software.
∎ Monitor and Prepare Daily stock list preparation, Delivery Order issue report update, FCL Delivery Report Update, Stuffing Report Update, provide empty container removal list to depot and co-ordinate with depot for empty container send to Port in time, Update import & export TDR., Monitor ICD units in and out status,
∎ Monitor and Coordinate with port operation team to remove/load empties from port yard within 0 days.
∎ Monitor and Check LCL containers status specially when FF related.
∎ Monitor and engage in Regularly depot stock check & advise depot if any correction needed, prepare empty idling unit report & give reminder to sales team.
∎ Instruct & observe M&R vendor for cleaning & repairing, Check & approve estimate from M&R vendor.
∎ Check & correct Port bill, depot bill & all vendor bill, keep records of all bills including amount & VAT, maintain bill receive & handover register.
∎ Monthly EQC performance report prepare & presentation.
∎ Collect freight tax certificate from all the feeder operator fortnightly.
∎ Maintain all port, custom, BSAA & other circular file.
∎ Maintain SOP, keep study on SOP & discuss its contents with team members.
∎ Provide training and Guideline to the team members and other team relating to the equipment control.
∎ Other task as assigned by the Management time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 02 (Two) year(s) in similar Job Area.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Shipping Agency, Freight Forwarding, Logistics
∎ You must have excellent IT skills and be familiar with industry standard software together with good Microsoft Office skills.
∎ Self-driven, results-oriented with a proven track record in respective job scope and ability to work under Pressure.
∎ An inspirational leader with excellent coaching and people skills.
∎ Fluent communication skills in written and spoken English and Bengali.
