Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knowledge on and familiar with L/C & BTB L/C terms & conditions, PI/ Indent to L/C processing.
∎ Have to have knowledge of commercial process export import.
∎ Import bill settlement.
∎ Make liaison with the Merchandiser & Suppliers people.
∎ Responsible for all Customs clearance of imported materials operation with LC process independently.
∎ Responsible for ensuring all logistics activities of import to timely in house.
∎ Prepare to utilize the dyes, chemicals, and salt in UD as per Co-Efficient.
∎ Vehicle program provide to C&F agent properly and timely as per import consignment.
∎ Monitoring with shipping line, Forwarder and C&F.
∎ Handling import transport from Chittagong port, Dhaka Airport, Benapole Port, DEPZ, AEPZ to Factory.
∎ Communication and update the concern store accordingly.
∎ Prepare necessary reports/statements and update MIS etc.
∎ Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues relating to Import.
∎ Having knowledge about countries Import Policies.
∎ Lead and fully supervise commercial team who looks after import functions including ERP operations for the group.
∎ Handling, preparation & maintaining all kinds of Import documents related banking, customs & others functions.
∎ Handling BGMEA, BKMEA and Department of Textile.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent business letter drafting skills in English.
∎ Standard typing speed with good command in MS Office.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure and long hour.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Ability to remain calm under pressure and make decisions quickly.
Salary: Negotiable
