Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor Material Quality, Inspect & Troubleshoot Material.
∎ Work Closely With Quality Control Department.
∎ Coach and Monitor Team Members and Sites to Comply Safety Regulations.
∎ Direct and/or Perform Maintenance & Repairs On Equipment.
∎ Calibrate Plant for Maximum Efficiency's.
∎ Troubleshoot and Problem Solve Situations/Problems (Materials, Quality, Equipment, Operation/Repair Etc.) Monitor and Discuss Production Problems With Co-workers and Managers/Supervisors.
∎ Assist and Train Plant Employees.
∎ Record Pertinent Information Accurately and Relay Production, Quality, Equipment and Personnel Information to Appropriate Individuals.
∎ Approve and Submit Work Hours of Personnel and Pertinent Job Information Daily.
∎ Maintain liaison with various agencies (Govt. and non govt. offices) as and when as required.
∎ Evaluate, monitor, and coach personnel supervised.
∎ Manage the workforce assigned daily.
∎ Monitor all activities regularly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Knowledge on social compliance issues
∎ Minimum Ten (10) years' experience in a relevant field.
∎ Should have proven experience in the related field.
∎ Should be honest and hard working
∎ Willing to work under pressure & extensive working hours.
