∎ Expertise in credit control, receivables recovery, and financial reconciliation.
∎ Excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
∎ Knowledge of ERP systems, MIS tools, and Excel reporting.
∎ Legal acumen in handling contracts and disputes.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make due and overdue statement for clear picture of the fund flow and maintain relationship with customers to ensure optimum and secured revenue.
∎ Ensuring company interest by collecting payments like installments (current due, overdue, advance).
∎ Check & follow the status of customer payment status by the team members.
∎ Contact to clients or send letter for payment on scheduled date.
∎ Prepare allotment letter and deed of agreement within time-frame after receiving the down payment.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/ monthly/ yearly report including CR & Marketing dues, over dues.
