Job Context:
∎ Dhaka Eye Care Hospital is looking for a dynamic and self-driven professional to join as Manager- Admin/Operations.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The individual shall have overall responsibility to handle all issues relating to administrative & operational activities of Hospital Corporate Office.
∎ Responsible for establishing, liaising, coordinating and implementing all services and protecting interest of the company efficiently and effectively.
∎ Responsible for all business related work, negotiation with relevant authorities such as Ministries, Directorates, Embassies in order to get those work done on time.
∎ Negotiate and Administer the Company Administrative issues with Govt. Offices, Local bodies and any other third parties.
∎ Establish specifications, standards and procedures for executing the desired project particularly with respect to planning, scheduling and cost controlling.
∎ Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation, scheduling expenditures, monitoring costs, analyzing variances.
∎ Plan and execute detailed programs for foreign/local delegates / VVIP/VIP/CIP visiting the hospital/ Managing Director.
∎ Maintenance all kind of Admin related document. Controlling whole administrative and managerial functions of Office. Smoothly handle total security system and housekeeping. To ensure over all Office security, safety system & ensure healthy workplace by maintaining efficient operation of Safety and Hygiene.
∎ Follow up Disciplinary action & conduct departmental inquiry & grievance.
∎ Follow-up company's Asset Register, Inventory Record, Purchase, and other billing issues.
∎ To manage periodic staff surveys to assist staff morale and organization climate, then develop and implement effective strategies.
∎ Ensure proper coordination and facilitation of administrative support services among administrative and other departments, check, recommend and approve (as applicable) bills for payment accurately and timely. Preparing reports on expenses, office budgets, and other expenditures. To ensure uninterrupted utility services.
∎ Handling BRTA works for the purpose of Vehicles and Update the Vehicles documents (TAX Token, Fitness, Insurance, Route Permit, Registration, etc.). Managing Visa Processing (B visa, E visa, Tourist Visa), Ticketing & Reservation as well.
∎ Documentation and Maintained records and make available on time update (such as agreement, Billing Documentation, Employee Information, etc.)
∎ Look after on the Employee SIM related issues and keep time to time correspond with the corporate partners.
∎ Arrangement and support of the Foreign Employee visa, work permit, residence and transport related issues.
∎ Implement effective strategies for developing an organizational culture. Manage change, particularly to structure in a positive and supportive manner.
∎ Follow up expenditures like staff & workers salary & wages, overtime, incentives, snacks & Lunch bill, etc.
∎ To improve workers and management relationship, communication with workers & staffs. Negotiate/resolve daily problems among workers/staffs etc. on administrative issues.
∎ Administer the transport management system. Monitor Transport, Forklift, Pay loader and Automobile repair, Maintenance and operation. Planning, control, and maintenance of office transports, office equipment, property, assets, and other movable and immovable properties.
∎ Update all licenses, certificates. To maintain liaison with relevant authorities.
∎ Follow up hygienic issues. To be responsible to arrange events of the company as planned.
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
