Job Context:
∎ Candidate must be currently holding managerial position in Administration department of Textile/Garment`s corporate offices.
∎ Proper work knowledge shall be absolutely mandatory parameter during assessment.
∎ Candidate must be familiar with working with higher management.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage day-to-day general administration of corporate office which includes daily attendance of staffs, ensure proper housekeeping and handling compliance issues.
∎ Ensure proper store management of all types of office property.
∎ Repair/ maintenance of the corporate office.
∎ Maintain liaison with the local authorities.
∎ Supervise and monitor security personnel deployed in the office premises & bodyguard/s deployed with management.
∎ Supervision of fire safety equipment.
∎ Follow up concerned personnel deployed for transport department for repair and maintenance of the vehicles, maintain records, dispose of vehicles, selling them through auction, arrangement of fuel.
∎ Maintain documentation and track on maintenance budgets of company vehicle
∎ Keep all transport related documents up-to-date like fitness, Tax and Insurance
∎ Maintain liaison with third party for pull car or rented vehicle.
∎ Manage & maintain household items for expatriate/s and maintain records.
∎ Maintain records of Telephone & Mobiles, collection of bills and ensure timely payment, maintain constant liaison with Telecom Operators and T & T department.
∎ Take overall responsibility starting from visa requirement, work permit, security clearance, accommodation, schooling of children, domestic staff, transportation, furniture and fixtures, cars etc.
∎ Responsibility of arranging international and domestic travel. Needs to perform required all works relevant to this.
∎ Follow up Telephone, Mobile, Electricity, Gas, Water, Cable Network, Filling Station bill, Paper bill, Security bill, Flower supply bill, Plant bill, Pantry room related bills (coffee, tea, mineral water etc.), Emergency purchase bills, third party related bills, Hotel bills and any other.
∎ Ensure proper training of Administrative staffs in coordination with HR department.
