Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Architecture, Civil
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Context:
∎ Job location: Factory located at Gazipur.
∎ Recruited personnel has to follow up work with Civil department.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop concept and detailed design & drawing for both Interior and Exterior work 3D Artist and other.
∎ Coordinate with other departments like Project Operation & CSD as required to complete the work at the site as per schedule
∎ Drafting the drawings as required
∎ Estimation, Costing & time schedule Making for Construction work.
∎ Estimate materials as per requisition in according with project budget.
∎ Monitoring and supervising day to day construction work at project. Follow up Civil works.
∎ Making plan to complete the job in schedule time.
∎ Drawing and maintaining official documents.
∎ Checking of work volume and bills submitted by different contractors.
∎ Regularly communicate with management regarding work progress.

∎ Age 25 to 50 years
