Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for planning, developing, updating, implementing different policies and procedures of different HR policies as per local laws.
∎ To systemise, implement and carryout an effective and timely performance appraisal of employees especially of new employees as per performance appraisal policy.
∎ Managing and monitoring employees health, safety and environmental issues in the entire factory premises. Managing Employees and Labour - Management Relations.
∎ To identify promising & poor performing employees, taking corrective action and apprise for action.
∎ To co-ordinate employee counseling and motivation programme in regards to absenteeism, turnover, general rules and regulations, employment terms and conditions, work place code of conduct and productivity improvement.
∎ Deal with factory labours in terms of attendance, activities, recruitment, selection, employment, welfare grievances handling, investigations and other labour related activities as per labour law.
∎ Maintain personnel information in secure, accurate and organized way both in soft & hard form for entire staff / personnel of the factory.
∎ To monitor that all HR related date, records, reports, formets, statements, rack and files books & Registers are properly prepared, issued, up-dated & maintained as per company's HR policies and procedures.
∎ Prepare payroll for payment of monthly salary for the factory staff.
∎ Attendance information of factory staff and be responsible for maintaining good discipline staff in attending office.
∎ Ensure administrative related MIS are properly maintaining, update.
∎ Negotiate/resolve daily problems among workers/staffs on administrative issue.
∎ To secure the premises and personnel by petrolling property, monitoring, surveillance equipment, inspection buildings, equipment and access points, permitting entry.
∎ Take necessary action for renewal of various licence issued by government organization, such as trade licence, boiler licence, environmental licence, approach road agreement, etc in time.
∎ To coordinate liaison and build good relationship with the emergency services, police, ambulance and fire service to resolve issues and security and service.
∎ Handle unexpected situation/incident due to internal or external factors.
∎ To maintain the security operations manual up to date for use by all on site security personnel to cover duties, individual.
∎ Manage the factory guest house nicely make arrangements to keep it tidy.
∎ Maintain the overall transportation system of the factory
∎ Extend full administrative support to other departments for smooth operation of the factory.
∎ Keep constant contact with higher authorities to keep him updated with the administration and specially labour related matters.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
