∎ Bachelor or Masters Degree in any discipline.
∎ Post Graduate Diploma in HRM or MBA in HRM will get preference.

∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide day to day administration and general services to all the departments relating to logistics, office administration, housekeeping, office maintenance, and utilities.
∎ Implement & Develop of the effective management strategies, leading the team to create good working environment enabling everyone to work with effort & Co-operation.
∎ Maintaining strict discipline everywhere in the company.
∎ Following up safety issues inside Head office, factory & factory premises.
∎ Assess the requirements and provide transport services including delivery van in a most economical manner, control the pool transports and maintain proper records thereof.
∎ Ensure on time renewal the required licenses, contract, certificate etc.
∎ Communicate BGMEA, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc.
∎ Responsible for ensuring healthy work place, hygiene & environment.
∎ Handling Disciplinary & Grievance, employee relation issues as per law.
∎ Evaluate admin staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.
∎ To give observation based on footage of CCTV (Surveillance System) in consideration of safety & security.
∎ Arrange and organize refreshments for visitors and take lead in events hosted by the organization.
∎ Continues follow-up HR & Admin activities with all the Department and ensure in-time support, coordination, and communication with the employees.
∎ Perform any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the management from time to time.
