Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Operations Management
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Relevant Training on Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving PR (Purchase Requisition) from store/user department & validate/get approval PR for purchase.
∎ Making Comparative statement of quotation and get management approval for issue work order/purchase order.
∎ Issue work order & follow up delivery status.
∎ Regular source new/alternative vendor for development.
∎ Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
∎ Negotiating Pricing, Quality and Quantity.
∎ Maintain liaison with the various department in respect of requisition follow up and feedback of the delivery goods.
∎ Reporting through ERP.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound Knowledge in computer operations specially in MS Excel.
∎ Excellent Communication skills
Salary: Negotiable
