Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct market research and build a solid pipeline of potential clients to contact regarding the sale of aviation equipment.
∎ Connect with potential clients via phone, email, and networking events.
∎ Consult with clients to understand their needs for equipment.
∎ Ensure that all recommendations made suit the client and their business.
∎ Engage with clients and build lasting relationships to maximize sales from each account.
∎ Keep current clients warm and up-sell and cross-sell relevant products where required.
∎ Use an internal CRM system to manage client orders, pipelines, and details to ensure they are kept up-to-date.
∎ Liaise with suppliers and various departments to ensure timely delivery of customers' orders.
∎ Continually meet targets, KPIs, and sales goals monthly and quarterly. Travel to meet clients when required.
∎ Participate in a structured training program across different departments to better understand the organization's operations.
∎ Lead and support various projects under the guidance of senior managers.
∎ Develop project plans, track progress, and ensure timely and effective execution.
∎ Collect, analyze, and interpret data to assist in decision-making processes.
∎ Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management review.
∎ Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
∎ Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
∎ Participate in team meetings, contribute ideas, and provide feedback to improve team performance.
∎ Enhance customer service standards and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ Address customer concerns and contribute to developing solutions for service improvement.
∎ Potential Employees will be given 6 months training period & after successful completion of training will be offered full time employment.
