∎ We are seeking an eager, motivated management trainee to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be given the unique opportunity to gain the knowledge and experience required for promotion to management positions under direction of experienced personnel. Comprehensive training will include duties in several departments such as sales & marketing, client services, branch operations, finance. The ideal candidate will be open to learning new things, not afraid to take chances, and interested in learning every aspect of running this company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Learn various staff functions, including operations, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices affecting each phase of business.
∎ Meet performance (SMART) goals and objectives set by upper management and determined upon accepting the position.
∎ Observe experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.
∎ The incumbents are Responsible for Operations Related Activities. - Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
∎ Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
∎ Managing customer complains; identify need gaps and taking initiatives to solve issues.
∎ Developing and implementing sales plans and conducting regular sales and operations meetings.
∎ Briefing employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information
∎ Organizing marketing activities and events for the branch.
∎ Increasing brand awareness for the company within the community.
∎ Interacting with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback.
∎ Organizing and executing training programs for branch personnel.
∎ Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities.
∎ Managing budgets, allocating branch funds, and defining financial objectives.
∎ Coordinating with other branches to share knowledge, plan promotional activities, or achieve goals.
∎ Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills in order to resolve conflicts and problems.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills in order to maintain and excellent rapport with customers and co- workers.
∎ Adhering to high ethical and professional standards complying with all applicable laws and regulations for the industry.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Streetwise females are encouraged to apply.
∎ Good command in Microsoft Office Applications.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships & good at teamwork.
∎ Positive work ethics, loyalty and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Work experience in the following business area shall add advantage in applicant's profile- Cosmetics Industry, Aesthetic Clinic.
∎ Target orientation & proactive approach is MUST!
∎ Flexibility to move any Branch in Bangladesh.
∎ Duty time 11 am to 8pm, weekly 6 days.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
