Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper maintenance works including break down maintenance overhauling & schedule maintenance.
∎ Ensure preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of all machinery such as production machinery, water plant, air conditioner, compressor, generator, water pump, MDB, DB, and circuit breakers etc.
∎ Keep up-to-date documentation of all machinery according to SOP.
∎ Servicing machine spare parts and keep consumption records & checklists of the same.
∎ Prepare forecasts and budgets for different maintenance activities.
∎ Determine work procedures and prepare work schedule and expedite workflow.
∎ Calculate the plant load, load balance & demand factors, cable/circuit breaker.
∎ Coordinate with production staff for maintenance planning.
∎ Perform any other departmental works assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge of mechanical & electrical maintenance.
∎ Technical knowledge on generator, substation, switchgear, transformer and transmission.
∎ Experience in erection and commissioning of factory machinery will be an advantage.
