Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor preventive/ predictive/ reliable maintenance schedule of mechanical equipment in the plant.
∎ Ensure effective maintenance of mechanical equipment through regular monitoring of maintenance activities.
∎ Design, Implement, maintain and improve electrical/instruments, equipment, facilities and components, products, SOP and systems.
∎ Monitor performance against targets set for mechanical maintenance metrics with required cost consumption.
∎ Prepare a schedule for any shut-down required for the preventive maintenance of mechanical/ electrical equipment.
∎ Support process and technical improvement and up-gradation as required.
∎ Responsible for the safety of all mechanical devices for Industrial Machine
∎ Should have experience in schedule preventive as well as breakdown maintenance of the project.
∎ Practical hospital-work experience will be preferred.
∎ Make minor installation decisions.
∎ Responsible for maintaining repairing and troubleshooting of all mechanical equipment including Generator, Substation etc.
∎ To monitor both routine and preventive maintenance functions of equipment and machinery.
∎ Prepare daily and weekly report and submit to the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have proper knowledge about electrical line, substation, medical equipment, AC, Generator, Lift etc.
∎ Must have knowledge about electrical load calculation regarding medical equipment.
∎ Must have knowledge about the consumption capacity of cable, switch, socket, circuit breaker etc.
