Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/BSc in Electrical/Mechanical/Power from any reputed institutions.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning & preparing maintenance schedules for all machines to ensure smooth operation.
∎ Supervise the installation work of Mechanical machinery.
∎ Develop and implement emergency response plans for utility-related incidents or disruptions. Coordinate with other departments or external agencies during emergencies and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
∎ Ensuring proper scheduling for inspecting, testing & replacing accessories of the pump, compressor, generator, ancillary equipment & other types of machinery.
∎ Supervising preventive & breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting the machinery involved in the production.
∎ Assembling & installing machines or equipment as and when required.
∎ Ensuring proper mechanical maintenance of all equipment & machines at the plant.
∎ Preparing & maintaining proper documentation for daily, weekly & monthly maintenance reports for all machines.
∎ Ensuring maximum efficiency of current manpower.
∎ Maintain the Log Sheet properly at the shift end.
∎ Proper reporting of shift activities to the reliever and manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 10 years of experience in similar position in any reputed Pharmaceuticals.
