∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Starting Day: Immediately
∎ To detect, maintain and replace mobile phone, issuing inspection result to provide the accurate proof for smart phone change or replacement during guarantee period; issuing maintenance form and repair the products at the agreed time.
∎ Repair experience on Smartphone (customer service related work experience, familiar with the mobile phone repair progress and requirements) is of high priority.
∎ To analysis and solve the problem through software or hardware, which are getting by the customers.
∎ Familiar with software & electronic components of smart phone, also capable to use electronic instrument to measure components and circuit;
∎ To Complete company requirements on the data of the repaired mobile phone and responsible for smart phone components counting;
∎ To Implement strictly company maintenance regulation, using maintenance tools properly;
∎ To participate in various training activities and implement repair operation process;
∎ To complete other tasks

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong analytical skill and logical thinking ability
∎ Pro-active, self-motivated, and self- driven
∎ Good sense of teamwork and service.
∎ Be able to work with persons of different cultural background

Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
