Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate Engineer in Electrical Engineering (it is relaxed if the candidates have extensive experience in facilities maintenance from other engineer
∎ functions as well)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Non-process maintenance activates of the Gas plant (especially within the premises) as guided and advised by the supervisor
∎ Assess the maintenance activities in the Gas Plant Premises and in associated areas
∎ Get introduced with the existing maintenance systems of the Gas Plant
∎ Identify PM & CM of the maintenance activities
∎ Make ready the BOM of the maintenance activities by aligning with the Core Maintenance Team
∎ Develop inventory systems of the Facility Maintenance by the support of the respective Warehouse
∎ Get Introduced with the Permit Process and JDE Work Order System
∎ Learn Safety Protocol of the Gas Plant for performing maintenance activities
∎ Learn and develop job specific JHA/HA(Job Hazard Analysis/Hazard Analysis) and get it reviewed by the respective people associated with safety
∎ Develop yearly maintenance plan and monthly reporting system including metrics as advised by the supervisors
∎ Develop working schedules and match the roaster of the vendors workforce as demanded by the field maintenance operations
∎ Ensure timely responses of the contractor against each planned & unplanned maintenance job
∎ Supervise the actual physical works in terms of timely completion, safety, quality and sustainability
∎ Ensure Work Order system through JDE as applicable for the work
∎ Ensure requisition of Materials through PR/JDE PR and e-SAR entry as required for the maintenance
∎ Build OC of the vendors by following a systematics Workforce Development Plan and by ensuring "On Job Training (OJT)
∎ Capture monthly/quarterly basis performance metrics of the contractor responses and on actual completion of work and ensure a visible progress against the matrices in each progressive quarter
∎ Follow existing Work Order System where applicable and make it compliant as per Facility Maintenance Guideline
∎ Ensure the cross check of the invoices against Work Order and clear the Invoices for timely payment
∎ Ensure daily basis "Tool Box Talk", selection of "Work Team Leaders & Area Controllers" as appropriate for the activities
∎ Ensure preparation of Permits and attend in the permit meeting with the required resources
∎ Ensure right and appropriate coordination with the Field Management for executing the approved permit activities
∎ Ensure physical work compliances to Field Works of the Vendor workforce
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years working experience in relevant field.
∎ Understand high risk electrical, mechanical & civil engineering maintenance work including safety aspects and industry compliance
∎ High level of understanding of Excel based report preparation and delivery, Skill of Working in different ERP and other software.
∎ The successful candidate shall be deployed in Multinational Company, our client engaged in Oil & Gas sector in Bangladesh.
Salary: Negotiable
