Job Responsibilities:
∎ # Lyophilizer/Freeze dryer:
∎ To operate and monitor computerized systems Lyophilizer/Freeze Dryer.
∎ To complete all manufacturing & quality records / Documents in accordance with good documentation practices.
∎ To setup, operation & trouble shooting of lyophilizer (Freeze Dryers).
∎ To understand & follow all procedures, instructions & good manufacturing practices for safety, cleanliness, process specification of the lyophilizer.
∎ To have experience of operating & processing of lyophilization process for extended periods of time within a cleanroom environment.
∎ # Cream & Ointment:
∎ To assist production officer during machine commissioning of Cream & Ointment.
∎ To produce Cream & Ointment and filling of the Cream as per SOP.
∎ To perform changeover (Clean and Setting) of machine as per SOP.
∎ To keep manufacturing record.
∎ To communicate with production and IPC Supervisor regarding production Activity.
∎ # Injectable production machinery:
∎ To operate and monitor computerized systems Ampoule/ Vial/ prefilled syringe washing, sterilization tunnel & filling machine.
∎ To understand & follows all procedures, instructions & good manufacturing practices for safety, cleanliness, calibration, process specification of the production machine.
∎ To complete all manufacturing & quality records / Documents in accordance with good documentation practices.
∎ To setup, operation & trouble shooting of production machine.
∎ To have experience for operating & processing of machine for extended periods of time within a cleanroom environment.
∎ # Injectable solution processing line:
∎ To operate and monitor computerized systems solution preparation line for injectable product.
∎ To understand & follow all procedure, instruction & aseptic technique for injectable solution preparation.
∎ To complete all manufacturing & quality records / Documents in accordance with good documentation practices.
∎ To setup, operation & trouble shooting of injectable solution processing line.
∎ To have experience of operating & processing of injectable for extended periods of time within a cleanroom environment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent knowledge of operating lyophilizer/Injectable vessels
∎ Excellent knowledge on cGMP & aseptic technique
∎ Strong communication & technical Skill
