∎ Subject Areas: Exam

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting in preparation of Attendance sheets for smooth operations of Examinations.
∎ Assisting in preparation of Seat-Tag for the examination rooms, and assisting during the examinations.
∎ Assisting to maintain file indexing, letter (In-Out) preservation, and filing.
∎ Assisting to maintain the inventory requirements and delivery as instructed by Superior.
∎ Assisting to maintain the store, and keeping it clean and tidy.
∎ Assisting to manage the exam rooms, preparing it ready for the exams.
∎ Assisting to maintain the logbook of incoming and outgoing mails and papers.
∎ To do data entry works as and when required.
∎ Assisting to help students coming in for various services.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Higher Authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in relevant office will get preference.
∎ High level of accuracy and good typing speed (Minimum 30/40 WPM) in Bengali and English.
∎ Documentation skill is mandatory requirement for the post.
