Job Context:
∎ Provide support for the logistics function by managing Dispatch activities to ensure all inbound and outbound trucks weight are accurately captured and documented, with a focus on time, in order to meet up with customers` demand.
∎ Employment Status: Project Basis
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the timely delivery of project inputs to intended beneficiaries and safe receipt at various stages of distribution.
∎ Ensure the proper stacking, documentation and identification of goods before any supplies dispatch in done for onward transportation to the beneficiaries/ partners.
∎ Update record of all the project materials received and dispatched including ensuring updated file of all transaction.
∎ Maintain and keep secure the warehouse goods in proper way.
∎ In coordination with logistics officer, ensure communication of material movement details to relevant parties.
∎ Responsible for Transport Management and Maintenance of the group.
∎ Develop and implement transportation strategies to improve efficiency and manage trip for reduce costs.
∎ Ensure the day-to-day tasks such as monitoring and managing daily transportation activities, route planning, scheduling, resource allocation and management, and driver supervision.
∎ Ensure that the vehicles' TAX Token, Fitness, road permit, etc.
∎ Keep all existing licenses / Certificates up to date and also obtain new licenses as and when required.
∎ Ensure the smooth operation of transport maintenance.
∎ Monitor and Manage Vehicle Tracking Systems (VTS) and Inventory Management Systems.
∎ Strategically plan and manage logistics and transportation services
∎ Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
∎ Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
∎ Create policies or procedures for internal distribution and logistics operations.
∎ Responsible for supplying products to the customer's destination in a timely and cost-effective way while maintaining appropriate quality standards and specifications.
∎ Analysis VDRA (Vehicle daily running activity), KMPL, fuel usage, trip analysis, and associate costs.
∎ Analyze detailed logistics cost and execute a cost-effective material movement plan on a consignment basis.
∎ Generates loading advice, Challan, Gate Pass etc.
∎ Prepares party wise delivery report daily (Order, Delivery, Pending etc).
